Promotes Hybrid Electric Vehicle Production and use in the U.S.

Goal: Reduce or abate Middle Eastern Energy dependence and American oil usage by 10% in 5 years

Reduce Foreign Energy Dependence and funding of “unfriendly” nations        

Provides additional employment to Americans

          Reduces air pollution

          Reduces U.S. Trade Deficit through reduction of oil and automobile imports

          Stimulates the economy through employment and aftermarket products and services

          Provides tax breaks for purchasers (depreciated over term of loan or 5 years)

          Provides low or no interest guaranteed loans

          Reduce U.S. Military requirements to secure national interest

          Additionally:

                    Promote vegetable oil and ethanol / biomass based fuels
