The
greatest lessons of my have come in a variety of unusual ways, many of which I believe are
synchronicity - a grand design of God to provide us with information that, at some point,
allows us to accomplish the purpose we find ourselves in a position to serve.
Another is my continual observations of inconsistencies. Inconsistencies with human
nature, stated public policy and actions... things like that. Given what I've been
experiencing the last few years, I also have to pay attention to the same things
inconsistencies - with my family.
And there's this other thing. I rarely remember my dreams. There are only a few dreams
I've ever had that didn't come true. And one of those dreams concerns me today, just in
pondering the possibilities of what's going on in the world, and the aggression of covert
war-making in Georgia and around the world, as well as focused propaganda by Dick Cheney
and others to promote the idea of perpetual war against the enemies our leaders have
created for the purpose of selling idea of perpetual war.
I told a story a few years back about driving to Yosemite really late at night one
night - to where I lived - and I looked up in the sky, and saw two fighter jets playing
tic-tic-tae with their contrails. Contrails that didn't dissipate. I thought to myself,
okay, we have a couple of top gun types playing games with jets. :}
The other day, while I was dealing with some new information and being affected by
Psychotronics, I wrote that I was going to travel to Venezuela, and seek assistance with
my personal situation in order to proceed with assisting South America and thereby deal
with the issues of corrupt government in the United States. As well as do some
things to help make a better peace with Russia AND enlist them to disable my
Psychotronics, which they know how to do.
Meanwhile, I've been talking a little about weather modification and chemtrails... and
how Global Warming is mainly caused by people using weather modification to terraform the
planet for profit. Literally making war on the planet to get money.

After posting that to my web site, the next day, I went outside, and someone had spread
chemtrails to create a picture of the crescent and star of the flag in the sky. I just
shook my head and laughed. I don't even try to document this stuff anymore :}
Which of course means when this all goes to court, you'll get to hear all the stuff I
have documented.
Anyway...
I was thinking yesterday that when I headed south to check out a church along the
way... I'd take my rubber raft, electric motor and battery, and then if I had to, I could
cross the Panama Canal and save a lot of miles getting to Venezuela. I know all this
sounds weird, but when you feel you have no rights in a country you thought offered
freedom, you learn to adapt to just about anything, and figure out a way to have fun doing
it.
I then looked at this old, red motor boat I bought a while back, and remembered a dream
from the 80's where I was riding in a red motor boat, got caught in the crest of a wave,
ended being thrown onto the beach, landed on my feet and just kept going. I quit my job
the next day (I think, or soon after). I was working for what I call one of my
"bubble companies".
I started thinking of how he once told me, when I was 7 or 8 or so and repeating every
swear word I heard my fellow family members saying, and he told me to never call someone a
bastard. In the mid-90's, I called his son a SOB and sort of got beaten up... I'll only
say he wasn't acting in a particularly friendly way when I called him that. :}
My brother claimed to be a pacifist. I thought was odd, given that he'd spent most of
his life working for defense industry companies like Sylvania, now a subsidiary of General
Electric, and Watkins/Johnson, the Stewart Division in Scotts Valley, California. There,
he supposedly worked on his part of the construction of guidance systems for the Phoenix
and Tomahawk cruise missile systems. I could tell you a story where I'll bet you a
Raytheon rep was trying to set my brother up in an affair over an incident where he
refused to sign off on some work, so Raytheon could get paid, and he wouldn't do it
because the work hadn't been done. And then he got demoted.
One of the inconsistencies about my brother is that I had always been told that his
intelligence level was such that he was just about what would be considered, back then,
retarded. And yet, from an early age, my father trained him in electronics. He could fix
practically anything. He was interested in science. And he was there the day my father
showed us how to make a hurricane with radium, the kind that's polluting San Francisco
Bay, from the experimentation my father at least knew about since the 50's while working
at the Hunter's Point Naval Shipyard.
I'm the only living person in my family who, at some point in time, has never been put
in the position of being required to get some kind of security clearance from the
government. It appears that a man in the San Francisco Bay Area, my bet is he's a nephew I
heard about with my name, has a business closely tied to the Department of Homeland
Security.
I believe it was just after seeing the Ray Milland movie "Panic in the Year
Zero", which I consider to be an excellent primer for survival should a major
catastrophe or nuclear event occur, I had a dream that the Russians had invaded our
country. I was probably less than 10 years old. It was when I first learned the military
strategy of always having a defensible stronghold with self-sufficiency if hunkering down
for a tough fight, with the possibility of it dragging and thus being the need to be able
to endure, wear down the enemy and then win when their offensive capabilities were worn
thin or exhausted.
So I had this dream. I was under the house with a .22 rifle... which can be very
effective if you're a good shot. And I kept remembering, don't shoot unless you see the
whites of their eyes... meaning hold your position like a sniper unless they are actually
coming at you offensively and you can take them out with one shot with certainty. I waited
under the house, even saw some rustling in the brush in the distance, maybe the wind, but
held my position, and never fired a shot. The dream ended.
Even though, since my harassment began, I've felt like getting a gun or a weapon to
protect myself. I decided a while back not to do so because it would provide people the
opportunity to fabricate evidence against me to shut me up. I may or may not own a small
bb/pellet gun that I had when I was a young child, living in the woods, somewhere in a box
in the garage.
And when I was about 12, I was in a small red river boat fishing in the Monterey Bay,
out of the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor, with my step-father George and my mom and sister, and
the engine died, and we ended up riding the waves onto Twin Lakes Beach. I wanted to jump
out and swim, because I thought the waves would swamp the boat, but they told me to stay
with the boat and just ride it out.
The only concern I have about traveling alone is that it leaves me susceptible to
having someone fabricate a story suggesting I was committing crimes as I traveled. Which I
think about when I recall how my brother one time told me "if the police arrest you
for something, you must be guilty".
The Innocence Project and
this song tend you remind us that evidence, not an arrest or suspicious circumstances,
should be the only consideration when there is a question of guilt or innocence. Bob

Mind you, I support the efforts of the police. I also know that in some cases, likely with a very small percentage of
officers participating, there is also corruption. It's like this - it only takes one
infiltrator at a rally to cause a riot to break out.
And, a drug dealer I once met in East Palo Alto, showing me around one night in the
neighborhood I remember growing up in - Hunter Street - until I was in the first grade,
told me "Never run from the police. Never."
But there was something else about things my brother told me. One time, when I
was getting divorced and living in Woodinville Washington, my brother came to visit me. I
thought he mainly wanted to console me because of my divorce. But, instead, he and I got
into quite an argument.
We talked a little about the invasion of Panama and the "arrest" / coup
against Manuel Noriega. He said he thought it was a good idea. My brother the
pacifist, working at defense plants most of his life, says he thinks an armed invasion of
a sovereign state is a good idea. And then he continued to state he was a pacifist. (I had
heard Noriega had crossed George H.W. Bush on a CIA drug deal years before, and that was
the reason for the invasion. Last night, I saw Noriega's name on a list of people in
companies affiliated with George H.W. Bush in the Carlyle Group)
Personally, I always said that if anyone invaded my country, the first thing I'd do is
find a weapon of any sort, and head to the front to offer my services to do whatever I
could do. It's the same way I felt when I started doing this activism on the web.
He kept insisting to me that he would not fight an invading force if they landed on the
beach just a few miles away.
So, I said to him "So you're telling me that if the Russians invaded on the beach
in downtown Santa Cruz, (just a few miles from his home) you wouldn't fight them?
He said he wouldn't. We didn't talk much more, and he made arrangements to go back home
early.
I mean, I could understand why a pacifist, why anyone would would not be willing to
fight in a war of aggression, especially if it was a war for profiteering. Who wants to
die to make some other people rich, or to give a bunch of delusional government people the
power to rule the world by force. That would be, at least, anti-Christian, if not
downright evil.
But to not defend your own country? To me, that was unthinkable.
Now, I've made remarks about the Russian/Georgia conflict that quote facts that
disprove the claims of the Bush Administration, Democratic and Republican candidates
that the military actions by Russia are offensive.
In truth, the Russians acted in their own defense when they "invaded"
Georgia.
The appearance is that the recent catastrophic earthquake in China was n offensive
military strike by the United States Using HAARP.
There is the appearance that numerous earthquakes in Iran, one resulting in over 26,000
deaths, have occurred... from HAARP
There is the appearance that the Indonesian earth quake and Tsunami was the result of
HAARP
There is reason to believe that the current spate of hurricanes is the result of HAARP
There is reason to believe that hurricane Katrina was the result of HAARP, and that
George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton at the least, were aware it was going to happen BEFORE
it occurred.
Global warming is actually a weather modification and terraforming project on behalf of
the New World Order to open up new sites of natural resources they can pillage from lands
I'll bet these guys bought the mineral or property rights to decades if not centuries ago.
I'd hate to think this is true, but I've been having these premonitions for quite a
while about the anger of the world toward the United States, and the nations that were
wondering what to do... one of the headlines I read the other night was of the possibility
that China may declare war because of the HAARP attacks against their country.
All I'll say is that if something happens, make sure you're in danger before taking
action against it, at least until things settle down. If someone decides to take out HAARP
in Alaska or Greenland, they may well be justified.
The United States has actually been waging World War III for quite some time, with
Psychotronics and weather. You don't know about it because the government doesn't want you
to know about it so when someone gets angry at us and does a retaliatory attack, they'll
be able to say we were attacked first, just like Bush & Co. say about the Islamists.
The pictures of HAARP Rainbow effects before the China earthquake look like something I
saw one day in the early 80's, driving by the San Onofree nuclear plant in California.
There was the reactor dome, and above it, this interesting rainbow like cloud. I thought,
that has to be some kind of electrical field or even a radiation leak. I was glad I was on
the freeway going by it quickly.
Now, knowing what I know about HAARP, I can't help but wonder if it was being attacked
by HAARP or a similar device, or if these nuclear plants are also HAARP generators and
projection stations for regional mind control. Remember, John McCain wants to build 45
more.

I bring up the issue of nuclear plants not just because they are an
unwarranted risk. I bring them up because my former brother was supposedly the West Coast
Development Director for Exxon. He told me once that Exxon was considering putting in a
nuclear plant - I believe north of Ventura. He mentioned it was safe, and even if it
melted down, it would only kill about a million people. Of course, he didn't mention the
abomination caused by the desolation of the land for 100,000 years or so.
Where I was driving by San Onofree is much more densely populated, right
on the ocean and on a fault line.
Remember the Bible and the abomination of desolation?
I also bring it up because long ago, I joked about how if there was a
nuclear war, I wanted to be at ground zero. I live exactly where I believed ground zero
would be. When living in Eureka, California, I am aware of shady details of one incident,
and it was mentioned to me about another time that their nuclear reactor began to melt
down, and technicians stayed to stop it because they knew even if they got in their cars
to flee, they could not escape the radiation. My father always said the minimum distance
you want to be to a nuclear blast of any kind is 70 miles (which I thought was
interesting, because we moved from the San Francisco area to Santa Cruz... about 70 miles
away from the Naval Shipyard where he worked before he "retired".)
That becomes important for two reasons. First, the need for Iodized
salt... which I believe is to cover the effects of radiation in the San Francisco Bay
area, and practically anywhere that nuclear plants and experimentation are done. Year
sago, I called a radio station at Pasco/Richland Washington, near the Hanford Nuclear
Reservation, and he joked with me about how the residents were all glowing examples of
humanity. Since then, the reports about that pollution in the groundwater, let alone the
deaths of residents covered up by the government, indicate that the Columbia River is now
in danger of pollution by radiation in about 3 or 4 years.
How this relates to Chernobyl - and the lasting effects of radiation
poisoning - is because in 1986 when the Chernobyl disaster occurred, Pres. Ronald Reagan
was scheduled to visit the Seattle Area. Then Chernobyl happened, and Pres. Reagan never
came back.
This bothers me because the video above says that croplands couldn't be
used because of the contamination of the soil.
When the Chernobyl disaster happened, I was living in Woodinville,
Washington, and had been for a year. Of course, I had planted my vegetable garden
for the first time in this new home. After Chernobyl, all of my vegetables began to
fruit... little tiny corn cobs on what were supposed to be normal sized corn. Tomatoes the
same way. I decided to just turn the soil and let it all die because of the obvious
radiation contamination that had occurred because of Chernobyl. The next year, the garden
seemed fine, but I was still suspicious. Now, after hearing about the life of plutonium,
I'm more concerned.
What most people don't know is that when Chernobyl "blew", the
radiation cloud from it traveled across the Pacific Ocean. It first hit land in Eureka,
California, where I understand there is now an above average incidence of cervical
cancer. In addition, then, it swirled around in a typical Pacific Northwest wind pattern,
and rained when it got to Seattle. Thus, the radioactive contamination, which must, by the
laws of physics and nature, still be live and lethal contamination.
Whenever there is a leak or situation at a nuclear plant, they always say
there were minimal leaks, and that what gets loose is "below acceptable levels".
Given that anything that leaks is left to linger because there is little or nothing that
can actually be done to remove the contamination, any level of contamination must have
been determined in advance to be acceptable - like only a million people dying - because
anyone with a brain knows that when you mix technology machines and humans, mistakes will
happen.
The fact that these manufacturers and the government believe that the
deaths of a million people are acceptable when viewing the big picture should give you an
idea as to how little our leaders value our lives. And why I call them sociopaths.
Like I mentioned elsewhere a while back, I'm no radical. I'm a citizen who
knows the truth.
The government wants you to believe that I'm some crazy, angry radical
hippie so you won't believe the truth. It's just what they do to people telling the truth.
That's why politicians rarely, if ever tell the truth, because the corporations who own us
would not allow them to be elected. And that is why I now give them no benefit of the
doubt, and call them
whores.
What's more, I accuse them of implementing unsafe practices in a number of
areas with the knowledge, if not intent, of killing people for the purpose of population
control. And because they just haven't been smart enough to figure out how to run the
world in a way that actually supports the health and well being of the citizens and beings
of the world without getting in the way of their profits and egos.
Here we are, our economy poised on collapse without another
"bubble" economy being generated like a ponzy game, like getting you to upgrade
over and over gain in support of the reduction of the use of energy... and just like
Waterloo, you'll hear an announcement that the economy has collapsed, and then the
Rothchilds and other financiers will swoop down on the stock market and, just like at
Waterloo and how they literally bought the British Empire... when the stocks crash, they
will buy America for pennies on the dollar. Foreign investors are already poised to
collapse the economy to set up the grand purchase of America's assets and currency.
The United States IS surrounded, by weapons and economics.
And our politicians will tell you that our "enemies did it".
Except that the enemies who'll do it gave the Rockefellers the original loans that lead to
the financing of the Council on Foreign Relations. And, once again, here we are talking
about the evil Council on Foreign Relations again... Bush, Brzezinski, Carter, Clinton,
Obama, McCain, Biden, Rumsfeld, Powell, Brokaw, Rather, Moyers, Wolfowitz, Lehrer...
they're either guilty or they need to start talking fast.
Please understand, I'm completely aware of how all this sounds. When I
started trying to help the Democrats win elections back in 2002, the last thing I thought
I'd end up doing was digging up so much dirt that I'd decide that instead of helping them,
or a Republican, I'd be working to have them all thrown in jail. Where they belong.
And that leads me to chemtrails.
The generally accepted theory of what chemtrails are for comes down to a
couple of things. First, they were used and called "cloud seeding' many years ago to
help cause more rains in areas that needed more water. Then, the practice became more
accepted, more places started doing it, the natural weather cycles were broken, and the
weather responded, as nature always will, by creating things like the El Nino Effect to
compensate for the changes in hot and cold temperatures that control wind movements to
compensate for extremes.
El Nino is a warming of the waters off the Pacific Coast. Interesting that
HAARP would produce warmer waters. And, that when EL Nino is present, hurricanes, heavy
rains and winds, even a couple of tornadoes have gone through the San Joaquin Valley one
day while I was driving through it and heard the EBS warning for it on KGO Radio in San
Francisco.. And there was this hurricane on the Pebble Beach Golf Course.
Like a friend of mine at Sears in Eureka told me, when we were expecting
flash floods one weekend... he told me that as a sales person, he always liked it when it
flooded because it was good for business... And he told me the stories of the years it
flooded.. all of which I was somewhat aware of, but did not relate to anything but natural
occurrences.
Then there was this hurricane when I lived in Atlanta, I think it
was Jose. It actually kept circling back around and hitting Atlanta 2 or 3 times before it
finally went out to sea.
And then there was a time in Crescent City, California, when it snowed...
I think it was June or July, while working at KCRE. I played Christmas Carols on my show.
And then there's this stretch of road just to the east of Kansas City
where I always get hit by blinding hail, snow and rainstorms... in the summer... and the
time going to the Grand Canyon when I was hit by what had to be a Directed Energy Weapon,
then called EMP. And then there were two actual attempts on my life using cars and
motorcycles...
I saw a video on YouTube last night of a man talking about the
Rainbow group... apparently a group of old time hippies who go places once a year, like to
a national forest, hike in and have a community festival. They have up to 30,000 people
attend every year. The man conducting the interview said he went one year, in the
summer when it should have been warm. This was in Utah. (Salt Lake City, where I was
unable to get a motel room despite vacancies, and my car overheated, even though it was
specially prepared to reduce engine heat) He went to the site to help build the facilities
needed. He said most of the people sat in their cars for five days while it hailed buckets
of hail and suddenly turned cold, and they were all dressed for summer weather.
It appears to me that our government is using HAARP and Directed Energy
for weather modification not just on a global and regional basis, but as a weapon to
disrupt gatherings and suppress freedom of speech.
It is no secret that the Bush Cabal and the Council on Foreign Relations
wants Barack Obama to be elected. In watching the coverage of the presidential race, it
looks to me like McCain is throwing the election, just as George H.W. Bush and Bob Dole
threw the elections to Clinton.. there are a number of ways this dialectic could play out,
and it appears that I'm the wild card that determines the ultimate path.
If McCain wins, I'm used to bust him for complicity on a number of things,
including his wife's investments and profits from the attacks on 911. If Obama wins, I
bust him for plagiarism and take everyone else with him for 53 years of conspiracy. That
would then leave people like Hillary and Sarah Palin, both expert liars and con artists,
to take over... or it goes to succession of Congress. Which could be another way they plan
to go, as opposed to allowing me to be part of this country's leadership, because I know
that Brian Baird has been proud to claim how much time he's spent working on the plan for
succession of power in case of some attack. Like a legal attack from a citizen that would
bring the government down. Joe Lieberman refers to this as "a terrorist attack".
They'll do anything to keep their guys in power.
Sorry... just started thinking out loud.
Chemtrails.
After seeding clouds, another objective of chemtrails was to control the
reflectivity of the atmosphere of the earth. This reflectivity is referred to as Albedo
.39, and is a song on the Vangelis Album Albedo .39 It is a measurement of how
much light comes through the atmosphere, and how much is reflected back into space. It
affects things like cancer causing UV rays, ozone, all the things supposedly caused by
global warming caused by humans (as opposed to HAARP). The effects of HAARP have caused so
much fake global warming, they're actually talking about covering the ocean and glaciers
with plastic to contain the water as the earth's atmosphere gets warmer. Can you imagine
the mold problem that will occur? That is already occurring in many places in homes? Here
comes the death of the oceans, the boiling seas.
What have they been using to create chemtrails for this purpose? Little
bits of aluminum to reflect the sun's ray's back out into space since the ozone layer is
thinning. Do you believe that? I don't. If it was true that they were spraying little
particles of aluminum in the sky, what would that do to your health? To your lungs?
Then, there's the advent of Morgellon's disease, which seems to be
developing in areas where a lot of chemtrails are sprayed. People who get Morgellon's
often complain of pain, mental confusion, and little hair-like strands protruding from
their skin - like abrasions and cuts and enlarged pores. It reminds me of the little
hairs coming out of Jeff Goldblum's back in the movie "The Fly", where his DNA
gets mixed up with the DNA of a fly in a teleportation unit. Many doctors called sufferers
"crazy" at first, until enough reports came in.
Now, a great number of doctors have verified and even become specialists
in this new disease. Which some suspect is the result of bioengineering... chemical
weapons, depending on how they're used... Others suspect nano-technology, which has the
ability to be inserted nto a host and reorganize itself inside the body to perform many
functions, including receive and transmit radio signals.
When you look at all of the maladies and negative effects of chemtrails,
and weather modification, including Hurricane Katrina, and the corporate profits made for
the reconstruction of the aftermath of such events... this is one you have to connect the
dots on yourself, or you won't believe it anyway.
All I'm going to say is, in the final analysis, when I look at what
happened to the Royal Family over time and the history of the United States,
recognizing that the people who ended up in power from the beginning were either sworn to
the British Empire, part of the drug smuggling industry in cahoots with the British
Empire, or part of a plan to overthrow the British Empire by blowing up a full session of
Parliament, called the Black Powder Rebellion (by members of the Barbara Bush Family, the
real link of their family to British Royalty)
In the final analysis, what I decided is that Germany lost World War II.
The Nazi's did not. The Rothchild funding of the Rockefellers to front the founding of the
Federal Reserve to basically steal America's wealth... because of a politician who thought
he alone could prevent the inevitable downfall of the U.S. because of his actions by
making it legal. When you examine the practices of this government, the propaganda ploys,
the control of the news media with the top members of the media belonging to the Council
on Foreign Relations...
When you look at all of the strategies and hyperinflation schemes of our
economists, and when you examine these strategies against the writings of the Biblically
referenced
"Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion"....
You begin to understand why I tell you that this country is in the final
stages of being overthrown, and that Globalization is nothing but a cover for the New
World Order.
This presidential election is the final "staged
election" before dictatorship is fully installed.
The laws are in place. Utility companies have been assigned and authorized
to use deadly force against citizens to protect the infrastructure in case of martial law.
Drones and surveillance satellites are able to monitor your every move. And if you read
the section I call "What Is Psychotronics", you will begin to understand how the
government is using directed energy and Psychotronic weapons against you at this very
moment.
And I hate to say it, but it may also be a reason that this nation may be
subject to attack soon, staged or otherwise, for the purpose of declaring martial law or
to rid this country of its internationally criminal leaders. And I really hate to say this, but
it appears that weather manipulation has been used to harm me. And I hope that it is not
used to harm people in the Pacific Northwest. See also: Nuremburg Code Violations
So, I suppose then it is the best thing for me to do, to go to a remote
area where I can not be used or where my presence will not be the excuse to cause harm to
other people.
Meanwhile, the most important thing for you to consider is the truth of
the technologies I've briefly outlined for you, as well as the need to reject the
mainstream candidates. Even more, and even worse, to reject the idea by the so-called
independent candidates to vote for independents anyway, claiming that it is not a waste of
your votes. For them, it is not, because that would draw votes away from John McCain, and
further enable Barack Obama to win.
Who does that leave? I sure don't know.
Barack Obama is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations just like
John McCain. And they're both telling you lies and distracting you with things that don't
matter, and avoiding real answers about homeland security, civil and human rights,
rescinding the Patriot Act or even actually coming up with a solution to immigration
concerns in a logical manner.
The final "leg" of their well planned dialectics comes at the
end of the "Protocols" I gave a link to above. I hope you take the time to read
this site, realize that what I'm telling you is true, and to take an action that will make
a difference.
The only thing I can think to do is to leave this on line in hopes it will
make a difference. And ask
you to consider writing me in for all the right reasons. Other than that, I hope you
have a better idea, because you... we all.. have to make some pretty hard choices soon.
