Mr. President Chavez;
First, let me honor you for your efforts on behalf of the people of
Venezuela, South America, and frankly, the world for your efforts to restore freedom to
your and other nations. I would also like to
assure you that a great number of Americans such as myself understand what you are working
toward, and are sad that our nation, the United States, has chosen to use force and
infiltration to undermine the worthy movement you have embarked upon.
The reasons I am writing to you and your government at this time is
multi-faceted. However, I believe that with some research, you will find that I am in a
position to be of great assistance to you and the people of Venezuela. As unusual as it
will seem at first, I would suggest that you turn this over to your intelligence services
for immediate review, as well as a leading religious scholar, such as a priest. In time,
you will understand the importance of that request.
This matter is also time sensitive, and could have a great effect on
the U.S. Presidential elections. To that end, time is critical and short. If, on the other
hand, due diligence on this matter has not been accomplished in time to influence these
elections, the matters I am presenting to you will still be valid and actionable.
In short, I am in the position to file extensive legal – civil
and criminal – law suits in the United States agains these (suspected) individuals
and corporations (and many more). I am certain your review of this list will garner your
interest.

The list of corporations and individuals is, much to my surprise,
very, very, long. I’m certain that you can see how prosecution of cases against these
individuals would be beneficial to the world.
My story in brief:
After the elections of 2000 in the United States, I began
investigation the corruption in the United States government and media, and was shocked at
the level of corruption I uncovered. In addition, I began political activism and a boycott
against NBC that was successful. Unfortunately,
I also became the target of intense psychological operations and Directed Energy
targeting. In addition, it appears that I have been targeted with Psychotronics, and may
well have been an MK-Ultra victim dating back to approximately 1960.
Even more interestingly, based upon limited research of classified
materials, it appears my father was involved in many patents and inventions attributed to
the work of Tesla, including the “Thought Camera”. Your intel people will find
that very compelling.
If your nation could assist me with attorneys and investigators
– to complete the details of the investigation I’ve done, yielding a very good
deal of crimes against me by the United States Government and the corporations and
individuals mentioned above, we would have a case that could be immediately filed with a
positive outcome for all.

the United States, or to receive your investigators at my home in Washington State, U.S. I
should point out that because of the Psychological operations against me, I now have
almost no money and am uncertain that I can maintain my living situation, and may soon
become homeless. Should that occur, I intend to find a way to travel to your country in
hopes that you will provide me assistance upon arrival.
The outcome that I believe can be accomplished by your assistance
would be substantially positive for your, and many other nations. I believe that this
action would result in a sweeping purge of corruption in the United States Government, the
end of the Council on Foreign Relations, the end of biased and detrimental news reporting
in the United States, the end of weather wars, the end of oil wars, the end of trade
treaties that harm citizens and nations, the end of coercive economic wars, and much, much
more.
Finally... and understand that I know what I will tell you next will
cause you to question my credibility… and is the reason I recommend that you turn
this over to your intel agencies AND the clergy is because… in researching the
corruption of my government, I also discovered that surveillance and psychological
operations have been ongoing against me since nearly the time of my birth - March 21, 1955 – because I am, in fact, the
man described in the Bible as the Son of Man.
Please understand that I am a true American Patriot, with unusual
responsibilities and commitments. I am in no way seeking to harm the United States or any
other nation. In fact, the opposite is true. I seek to accomplish a great deal in my time,
on behalf of the citizens of the world and God.
That said, I sincerely hope that we can find a way to work together
successfully toward our common and individual mutually beneficial goals and visions of the
future.
