First, before I reprint this letter, I want you to be aware that each day, the Psyops
guys have me do something to discredit the Democratic Party. I'm really tired of it,
because all of this stuff has been put on the web before. I've sent it to your offices.
So, as I told Barack and Ted, it appears that I've been set up to discredit Democrats.
Except, I have just as much damaging material on the Republicans, stemming from the
collusion with the Council On Foreign Relations overthrow of the United States Government.
The most unusual but predictable part is their "joke" of trying to make it
seem like I'm flip-flopping on issues, making condemnations and endorsements I then
immediately revoke... and now, they have me working on you. Yet, the truth is the truth.
And yes, I will insist that the PsyOPs guys get busted, regardless of how much fun or good
they think they're having or doing.
So, while they distract me with this stuff, I'm going to let them. But keep in mind,
what angers me most is that they are impeding the deliverance of the word of God, while
you and your friends impede the Kingdom of God. He's in control, and you guys lose, unless
you make the right choice.
Please deliver this same message to Ted and Robert for me, would you? You know, Templar
Knights... And if YOU think I never sent this to you, not to mention Mikulski, look it up
in your library of congress.

Dear Senator
Biden;
I am writing to you because, frankly, of all the people on this
committee, you are the one I trust most to represent the civil liberties of Americans,
particularly when it comes to illegal spying and related activities. Further, given your
expressed desire to run for President, I would suggest to you that the actions you take in
response to these issues will be important to your candidacy.
Since 2002, I have written countless letters and made many
phone calls to elected officials and law enforcement agencies regarding the surveillance
and harassment I have experienced. I was ignored.
For the longest time (until just about a year ago) I believed
that this harassment was passive – an annoyance that posed no danger to me. However, a year ago, I discovered that my
deteriorating health – and my inability to perform gainful employment – was the
result of electronic targeting of the type of technology that is only available to
governmental agencies and the contractors who develop these weapons/devices for the
government.
My harassment began after election 2000. I became a very vocal
and determined activist regarding 1) the elections of 2000
2) the U.S. National broadcast news white wash of events and 3)
opposition to the Iraq war.
The recent
revelations of NSA spying tend to single out the NSA for its activities. However,
increasing anecdotal reports makes it apparent that the U.S. Government is doing more than
just spying on its citizens. A minimum of research by your office would easily prove that
what I have conveyed to you is true.
The NSA allegations come as no surprise to me. I believe, and
my research supports the facts, that I (like many others I know) have been singled out as political dissidents. At one point, an
“insider” friend in Washington, D.C., told me I was being monitored by the CIA.
I had nothing to hide, so I didn’t worry about it.
But, the targeting has been incredibly detrimental to my health
and finances. I have been followed, my mail service has been disrupted, email is
completely unreliable to this day.. it’s very obvious that I am still being
surveilled and the electronic harassment continues, 24/7/365.
We do not live in Argentina.
The example of Argentina is pertinent because John Negroponte
was in charge of U.S. operations in Argentina where nearly 30,000 political dissidents
were “disappeared” by the Argentinian government, to which Negroponte turned his
back. Now, he’s in charge in this country. It’s
no surprise that dissidents are being electronically “disappeared”. And I can
personally connect you to over 2000 people with the same complaint.
One, in particular, includes author Gloria
Naylor, best known for her Oprah book club selection “The Women of Brewster’s
Place”. Her newest book “1996”
characterizes how she has been targeted by the FBI since 1996.
People are being disappeared in a new way – using military
grade electronic weapons that incapacitate an individual to the point of dysfunctionality.
The United States Military calls these weapons V2K - voice to skull – and it’s
been in use since the Gulf War to thwart the invasion of Kuwait. (see http://call.army.mil/products/thesaur_e/00016275.asp)
Definition/Scope:
Nonlethal
weapon which includes (1) a neuro-electromagnetic device which uses microwave transmission
of sound into the skull of persons or animals by way of pulse-modulated microwave
radiation; and (2) a silent sound device which can transmit sound into the skull of person
or animals. NOTE: The sound modulation may be voice or audio subliminal messages.
Let’s just say it
straight out: The United States Government is using military grade weapons against its own
citizens.
Didn’t we go
to war against a man who we call a tyrannical dictator for doing this to his own people?
We, the victims of intense electronic
harassment - by means only available to the U.S. Government and its contractors –
demand that it come to an end. To cause this,
we victims have created a national organization which will announce itself soon.
We are systematically contacting members of Congress. If, after
30 days, members who have been contacted do not respond, we will assume that they approve
of these tactics by the U.S. Government, and they will be listed on a website currently
under construction as taking that position.
This web site will be used to encourage people to decide who
they want to vote for in the 2006 elections. Further, our national protests WILL be focused against these
representatives.
I request that your office to do its homework and acknowledge
that these crimes are being perpetrated on U.S. Citizens by its government, and that it
needs to end. Failure to stand up against
these policies is nothing less than complicity.
