Hi Bob -
For the record, so people know, I've never had direct or indirect contact with you, nor
would I imply you had anything to do with the Psyops against me. However, given my
relationship to the media, and your relationship with the media prior to the Iraq War, it
is possible someone may have mentioned this pesky activist guy making comments about
everything, including you. :}
Here's what I want you to know... I always said, I don't understand completely your
positions on things, particularly, at that time, your positions on separation of church
and state... and it was related to not understanding the "apparent"... and
probable a media facade to make them look that wasy for purposes of divisive politics...
that Christians were becoming an extremist group in our culture. Being a Southern Baptist,
believing in what they believed, and admittedly having a few ideas of my own... .you
became a great deal of the impetus for me to read the Bible - front to back - for the
first time in my life. Because I wanted to fully understand what I didn't understand,
apparently, about the supposed Moral Majority and Christian Conservative movements.
I should have read Ecclesiastes first in regard to the so-called media darling
spokespeople of those movements. That's all I'll say about that for now. (See also:
Apostasy)
What I found is that I understand more than I thought, but from a different approach
and in a different concept... the duality thing.
But, the one thing I recognized in you was the ability you have to hold an opinion, a
belief, declare your faith, and still work within the intent of the framework of the
Constitution, not to mention allow others to have their liberty and voice as well. Most
impressive is the fact you did allthat inside a political, media and social environment
where only extremes were given voice, and when those same extremes were then used to
diminish the value of the public discourse.
This, of course, ws not by accident, because it taught the American public but example
that it was futile to oppose political agendas, and that those who dare will be publicly
humiliated. Purpe propagandist intimidation, just like during Election 2000. Not to
mention the whitewash of 2004.
Even more impressive, when you and Cynthia McKinney were unelected from Congress in
Geoergia for "not going along" and "speaking truth to power", it was
clear that you recognized the dangers of what was occurring. And that's why I respect you
so much. Because you then went on to consult the ACLU regarding the Constitutionality of
the Patriot Act. (Now, I just wish you'd connect me to the people at the Technology
& Liberty Project regarding Psychotronics. Do you know about that too?)
Nonetheless, you impress as a man of integrity, and someone who understands and truly
supports Democracy.
By the way, I can't help but mention... if you check into the history of the
Libertarian Party, you'll find that a man named REHN was one of the Libertarian Party
Founders. The more I read about the heritage of "The Family of Man", the more I
like it. Those old Charlemagne roots. :}
It also explains why my father, who was affiliating with the Republicans mostly, became
discgusted after the Clay Shaw trial and then started declaring himself as a
Libertarian... before it was an incorporated party...and promoting it.
Anyway, I mostly wanted to say hi, thank you for your service, and to let you know that
even if we never meet... and I hope we do... I look forward to the knowledge that we'll be
working together in one way or another... we'll just say it's an Einstein kind of thing.
All my best and respect to you. God bless.
Chuck
