Mr. Putin, Mr. Medvedev and Mr. Chavez.
Please forgive me for any lack of protocol or respect that may be inferred by my
comments. I assure you I address you with respect and with shared interests.
Among other things, I have been subjected to severe attacks using Psychotronics and
Directed Energy Weapons since 2002. In addition, I have become aware that I was implanted
with American "MK-Ultra" devices during childhood. And that, by whatever
countless means electronically available, the United States Government has, since my
childhood, used the "Thought Machine" technology, apparently developed by Tesla
and my father, to set me up in multiple, ongoing setups in order to be able to present
evidence to America and the world for the purpose of discrediting me.
The Bible says that the Son of Man would come to the world speaking and teaching peace,
His sword and his weapons being words and the truth. I could not understand why war would
occur, in the face of the arrival of one, who at the very least, speaks of law and
the Commandments of God. Of course, it was hidden from me by my family and my nation, all
of whom have treated me in brutal diminishing ways since childhood. Now I understand it is
because of the despotic United States Government.
Now that I know my life and my rights have been deprived of me, by law, by a country I
considered my home... since my rights were never granted to me, I can only asume that I am
not truly a citizen of the United States. In fact, it is clear that I have been imprisoned
since birth for committing no other crime than existing. In a nation that claims to be
"Under God. In a nation that calls all opponents Godless nations, despite the fact
that since America was anointed by God to lead the world in freedom and Democracy, it has
held God in captivity as a possession, believing it would bring about their rule of the
world.
They were wrong. And now it is time for America to take its place among less powerful
nations, because its leadership has proven time and time again that it is unable to
control its greed and power. It has become the greatest danger to the world, and it is
time for that to end.
I find a few things interesting in this discussion. First, the idea that the Council on
Foreign Relations was to have established relations with Russia in order to bring the
world to peace. Instead, history shows that Russia was used to "soften up" the
Germans - not the Nazi's, and that World War II never ended.
Many of your people were destroyed by the evil infiltrating the leadership of the
United States and the World, while the world waged a propagnada campaign to paint the
Russians as the evil. And now, Islamists and Arabs, Africans and Indians... face war
because the entirety of the United States Government has acquiesced to the delusion that
they can take the world by force. Using the Nazi-style method of blaming the Arab Nations
this time, instead of the Jews, for defending themselves against centuries of attacks by
these liars, to the point now that they are being subjected to genocide, and like your
nation, they have a right to defend themselves.
Even more interesting, this Council of American traitors has decided that, in their
foolish arrogance, that they have deceived you into thinking that you fell for their lies
and worthless assurances of cooperation. They may have fooled the American people into
believing that the U.S. aggression against your nation via its puppet Georgia was an act
of Russian aggression, but I am not fooled, and I know the rest of the world is not
fooled.
But, in regard to this and other affiliations, I hereby warn France and Germany that if
they continue to support the Rothchild plan to overtake the world, you will be greatly
disappointd, and cause great harm to your people, and will fail. If there should be any
worthwhile action taken, it would be recommended that these people be arrested at all
costs, as well as their American, French and German counterparts as possible, prefereably
in the style of extraordinary rendition in order to prevent collateral damage.
In time, the American people will understand that their own leaders are their greatest
enemies. Let America deal with its own affairs and problems during this period, and this
same leadership will destroy itself before long.
In 2002, I made a comment saying "I never thought I would be asking Russia to save
America". But here I am. And I'm doing so because it needs to be done, whether
Americans understand it or not. And I'm asking you to assist me in doing so without firing
a weapon so as to not give these murderers an excuse. And I know you know how to do that,
just as I know you know everything about Psychotronics.
In that regard, I will be leaving for Venezuela soon. I would like to request that you
and other non-aligned allies provide at least covert assistance and escort to ensure my
passge into Mexico from the United States. Should I be able to make the trip to Venezuela,
I will turn myself over to the government of Venezuela. It is my hope that you will be
able to assist me with the removal of the psychotronics, or at least be able to block it.
If I have to live in a steel and lead cased room to do it, then I will. However, I know
there are other remedies. I'd do them myself, but I can not trust an American to assist me
should the EMP employed stop my autonomic functions.
I want to make it clear that I am not against the United States, and do not wish it to
come to harm. I can do nothing to prevent the harm it will cause itself if it continues on
its course.
The fact that Barack Obama and John McCain are both actively participating in the
Psyops against me.. .actively... and stealing everything I write and say and do in order
to further their political careers is simple proof that they have decided to set me aside
- they have betrayed God in order to rule the world. That is their greatest mistake. And,
despite their panderings to me, as if I would believe them now, after 53 years, that they
intend to do the right things, I am not fooled. The world should not be either. I simply
hope that these sick people will not cause great harm to the American people - though they
have already.
My best advice to Americans who understand, care, and have the courage to stand up for
themselves would be to withdraw all cash possible from any and all credit sources, and
then refuse to pay them. That will stop the financiers in their tracks, and allow you to
recover some cash for use during the hardship to come. It would also be wise to withdraw
all ownership of stocks and bonds. Remove the money from your banks, and use cash.
Hardship caused not by me, not by you, but the hardship to come from the United States
Government in their last attempt to seize tyrannical control of the United States in order
to control its military power.
Finally, I would like to reiterate that doing this is my choice only because I am
responsible for more than just the conduct of the United States. I have responsibilites
for the planet, the universe and the condition of the cosmos. Given the opportunity, I can
complete my job and live up to my responsibilities.
But it is clear to me that the government and citizens of the United States view me as
a possession, someone to push around, bully and control, and so long as I was uninformed,
they were able to do that. I will put up with that no longer. If they try to prevent my
safe passage, they will most assuredly bring more harm down upon themselves, by the hand
of God. That IS a warning. And for all in America who would choose to live in denial and
judge me as a traitor, I will simply remind you that I have not been welcome or treated
well anywhere in this entire country.. a country that I gave my blind and undying loyalty
to. No longer. This nation has betrayed me in every possible way.
Once again, I must conclude that I have apparently not been a citizen of this nation
since birth, but a prisoner. And I refuse to be that any longer. America needs to accept
blame for its own perversion. I wash my hands of this nation.
John Kerry said I would be treated as a nuisance. Lou Dobbs commented "as it
should be". I have no desire to be a nuisance to anyone, nor will I remain somewhere
I am not wanted. Therefore, I will seek asylum and citizenship in any nation that
will treat me with the same rights it would give any citizen in a free nation. And that
nation will receive my assitance, in any way I can provide, in exchange for allowing me to
live my life as a free man.
I have never asked for more. I have simple needs. And I like to help.
