Dear Victims and People of the World,
We, the organizers of The Strasbourg Demonstration, ask all victims and those who feel
concerned by PSYCHOPHYSICAL TERRORISM AND THE INHUMANE TORTURE OF HUMAN BEINGS to
take part in this very important event for all mankind.
An event of this kind may not be granted to us a second time!
Everyone knows that we have already dedicated many years of our life to the hard fight
against violence and terrorism, and this must be regarded as our real chance together.
These are secret and brutal crimes against innocent people in many countries of Europe
and the world. There is a huge number of facts, which confirms the military-medical
experiments on peaceful citizens carried out for decades, with PSYCHOPHYSICAL WEAPONS,
without the consent of the people.
The houses of irreproachable citizens are being secretly transformed into testing-grounds
for PSYCHOPHYSICAL WEAPONS. The victims of these atrocious experiments and their
families are forced to live under these conditions of psychophysical and social terror.
These so-called "Non Lethal Weapons" or "Less Lethal Weapons" have
dreadful effects and can be used to endanger the life of every individual, of the entire
population of a state and of the whole world. The consequences of their application are
far more serious than the ones of all known weapons of mass destruction. They can combine
all the inhumane aspects of the most barbaric weapons of mass destruction. Apart from the
harm caused to a human being's body, secret manipulation and the control of the human
mind, and thoughts and behaviour is also possible. PSYCHOPHYSICAL WEAPONS can also
be used on the body until death ensues. Troublesome dissidents and politically committed
people are murdered by the Secret Services.
So as not to leave any trace of their presence, the Secret Services and criminal
organizations in most cases carry out their experiments remotely. There exists a countless
number of witnesses who are still alive and who could, at any time, give evidence of their
radiation attack by these weapons.
Citizens who are being abused for such experiments, are discredited, they lose their jobs
and are declared mentally ill. In many countries violent psychiatry is used to assist the
criminals to ill-treat innocent citizens, often until death ensues.
We have informed the Governments, politicians and the Media of all countries, but we have
been completely ignored. THEY HAVE ARROGANTLY IGNORED OUR COMPLAINTS!
We are still hoping that someone will come to our aid and will offer some support!
Together we must put an end to a terrible genocide which has been going on for more than
50 years now, all over the world.
We must do everything for our children to be freed from mental slavery and psychofascism
and so every man and every child on the planet can live and sleep quietly!
With our presence and action we can draw attention to our cases and urge people into
action !
Therefore, encourage and invite all friends, relatives, acquaintances and all willing
people to demonstrate in Strasbourg!

Aufruf an alle Opfer psychophysischer Waffen in ganz Europa und auf
der ganzen Welt!
Verehrte Opfer und Menschen
auf der Welt,
wir, die Organisatoren des
Straßburger Protestes, bitten alle Opfer und diejenigen, denen der psychophysische Terror
und die inhumanen Folterungen von Menschen nicht gleichgültig sind, an dieser für die
ganze Menschheit sehr wichtigen Veranstaltung teilzunehmen.
Es kann sein, dass uns ein
derartiges Ereignis kein zweites Mal vergönnt ist!
Es ist bekannt, dass wir schon
viele Jahre unseres Lebens dem schweren Kampf gegen Gewalt und Terror widmen, und das ist
unsere reale gemeinsame Chance erhört zu werden.
Es geht um geheime und brutale
Verbrechen gegen unschuldige Menschen in vielen Ländern Europas und der Welt. Es
existiert eine Vielzahl von Fakten über langjährige militärisch-medizinische
Experimente und Versuche mit sog. psychophysischen Waffen an friedlichen Bürgern, die
heimlich und ohne das Einverständnis dieser Menschen durchgeführt werden.
Für die psychophysische Waffe
verwendet man Wohnungen unbescholtener Bürger als "Übungsort", die heimlich
mit speziellen Geräten ausgestattet in „Versuchskammern" verwandelt werden. Die
Opfer dieser ungeheuerlichen Experimente und ihre Familien werden gezwungen, unter
Bedingungen des psychophysischen und sozialen Terrors zu leben. Diese sogenannten
„nicht tödlichen" Waffen sind in Ihrer Wirkung eine schreckliche Gefahr für
den einzelnen Menschen und die Bevölkerung eines Staates sowie der gesamten Welt. Die
Folgen der Anwendung übertreffen alle bisherigen Massenvernichtungswaffen! Sie vereinen
in sich alle menschlichen „Errungenschaften" auf dem Gebiet barbarischer
Vernichtungsmethoden! Neben dem physischen Schaden, der der Bevölkerung zugefügt wird,
gibt es auch noch die heimliche Steuerung des Bewusstseins, der Gedanken und des
Verhaltens der Menschen (subliminale Bewusstseinsmanipulation). Die psychophysische Waffe
wirkt auch auf die Somatik bis hin zum tödlichen Untergang. Unbequeme, politisch
engagierte Menschen werden auf diese Weise physisch von den Geheimdiensten vernichtet oder
geistig „entschärft". Um keine Spuren zu hinterlassen, führen die
Geheimdienste ihre Experimente meistens aus einer gewissen Distanz durch.
Es existiert eine Vielzahl
noch lebender Zeugen, die jeder Zeit beweisen können, dass sie mit solch einer Waffe
bestrahlt wurden. Die Bürger, die für solche Experimente missbraucht werden, versucht
man zu diskreditieren; sie verlieren ihre Arbeitsstelle und man erklärt sie als psychisch
abnormal.
In vielen Ländern gibt sich
die gewalttätige Psychiatrie dafür her den Tätern zu helfen, die unschuldigen Menschen
zu misshandeln und sie häufig bis zum Tode zu führen.
Wir informierten bereits die
Regierungen, Politiker und Journalisten aller Länder, aber niemand hat uns erhört. Aber
wir haben noch Hoffnung, dass sich doch noch jemand bereit erklärt, uns zu Hilfe zu
kommen und uns zu unterstützen!
Wir müssen alle gemeinsam den
schrecklichen Genozid, den es schon mehr als 50 Jahre in unseren Ländern und auf der
ganzen Welt gibt, verhindern!
Wir müssen alles tun für
unsere und die Befreiung unserer Kinder von der geistigen Sklaverei und dem
Psychofaschismus! Damit alle Menschen und die Kinder auf unserem Planeten ruhig schlafen
können!

Chères victimes, hommes et femmes de la terre entière,
Nous, les organisateurs de la manifestation à Strasbourg,
demandons à toutes les victimes et à tous ceux qui se sentent inquiétés par le
terrorisme psychophysique et les tortures cruelles d'êtres humains, de participer à cet
événement très important pour l'humanité entière.
On ne peut pas nous accorder un événement de cette sorte une deuxième fois!
Chacun sait que nous consacrons déjà beaucoup d'années de notre vie au combat dur
contre la violence et le terrorisme et ceci doit être considéré comme notre véritable
chance commune .
Invitez, donc, tous les amis, les parents, les connaissances et tous les gens de bonne
volonté à manifester à Strasbourg! Nous devons, nous-mêmes, mettre fin à ces tortures
monstrueuses. Ce sont des crimes secrets et violents contre les gens innocents dans
beaucoup de pays d'Europe et du monde.
Il y a un nombre effroyable de faits, qui confirme les expériences médico-militaires sur
des citoyens paisibles effectuées pendant des décennies, avec des armes appelées
psychophysiques, sans le consentement des individus. Les résidences de citoyens
irréprochables sont secrètement transformées en terrains d'entraînement pour les armes
psychophysiques. Les victimes de ces expériences atroces et leurs familles sont forcées
de vivre dans ces conditions de terreur psychophysique et sociale. Les prétendues
"armes non-létales" ou "armes moins létales" ont des effets
horribles et mettent en danger la vie de chaque individu, de la population entière d'un
état et du monde entier. Les conséquences de leur application sont, de loin, plus graves
que celles de toutes les armes connues de destruction massive. Ils réunissent tous les
aspects inhumains des armes les plus barbares de destruction massive. Mis à part le mal
causé au corps des gens, la manipulation secrète et le contrôle de l'esprit, des
pensées et du comportement humain sont également possibles. Les armes psychophysiques
peuvent aussi agir sur le corps jusqu'à ce que mort s'ensuive. Les dissidents gênants et
les gens engagés politiquement sont assassinés par les services spéciaux. Afin de ne
pas laisser de trace de leur présence, les Services secrets et les structures criminelles
dans la plupart des cas, effectuent leurs expériences à distance. Il existe un nombre
incalculable de témoins encore vivants qui pourraient, à tout moment, porter témoignage
de leur irradiation par ces armes. Les citoyens auxquels on fait subir de telles
expériences, sont discrédités, ils perdent leurs emplois et on les déclare atteints de
maladie mentale. Dans beaucoup de pays , une violente psychiatrie de représailles, aide
les criminels à torturer des citoyens innocents, souvent jusqu'à ce que mort s'ensuive.
Avec notre présence et notre action nous pouvons attirer
l'attention sur notre cas et exhorter vivement les gens à passer à l'action!
Nous avons informé les gouvernements, les politiciens et les journalistes de tous les
pays, mais on ne nous a pas entendus. On a, au contraire, ignoré nos plaintes de manière
méprisante. Nous espérons toujours que quelqu'un vienne à notre aide et nous accorde un
soutien!
Nous devons tous ensemble mettre fin à un épouvantable génocide qui existe déja depuis
plus de 50 ans dans le monde entier. Nous devons forcer les criminels d'état à

Care vittime, uomini e donne di tutta la terra
Noi, organizzatori della manifestazione a Strasburgo, chiediamo a
tutte le vittime ed a tutti coloro che si sentono preoccupati dal terrorismo psicofisico e
dalle torture crudeli di esseri umani, di partecipare a quest'evento molto importante per
tutta l'umanità.
Non possiamo permetterci un evento di questo tipo una seconda volta!
Ciascuno sa che dedichiamo già molti anni della nostra vita alla dura lotta contro la
violenza ed il terrorismo e questo deve essere considerato come la nostra vera
possibilità comune.
Invitate, dunque, tutti gli amici, i parenti, le conoscenze e tutta la gente di buona
volontà a manifestare a Strasburgo! Dobbiamo, noi stessi, porre fine a queste torture
enormi. Sono crimini segreti e violenti contro la gente innocente in molti paesi
dell'Europa e del mondo.
C'è un numero spaventoso di fatti, che conferma le esperienze medico-militari su
cittadini pacifici effettuate durante decenni, con armi chiamate psicofisiche, senza il
consenso degli individui. Le residenze di cittadini irreprensibili sono segretamente
trasformate in terreni d'addestramento per le armi psicofisiche. Le vittime di
quest'esperienze atroci e le loro famiglie sono costrette a vivere in queste condizioni di
terrore psicofisico e sociale. Le cosiddette "armi non letali" o "armi meno
letali" hanno effetti orribili e mettono in pericolo la vita di ogni individuo, di
tutta la popolazione di uno stato e di tutto il mondo . Le conseguenze della loro
applicazione sono di gran lunga più gravi di quelle di tutte le armi conosciute di
distruzione massiccia. Riuniscono tutti gli aspetti inumani delle armi più barbare di
distruzione massiccia. Tranne il male causato al corpo della gente, la manipolazione
segreta ed il controllo della mente, dei pensieri e del comportamento umano sono
ugualmente possibili. Le armi psicofisiche possono anche agire sul corpo fino a provocarne
la morte. I dissidenti scomodi e la gente impegnata politicamente sono assassinati dai
servizi speciali. Per non lasciare tracce della loro presenza, i servizi segreti e le
strutture criminali nella maggior parte dei casi, effettuano i loro esperimenti a
distanza. Esiste un numero incalcolabile di testimoni ancora vivi che potrebbero, in
qualsiasi momento, portare prova della loro irradiazione con queste armi. I cittadini ai
quali si fanno subire tali esperimenti, sono screditati, perdono il loro lavoro e li
dichiarano colpiti da malattia mentale. In molti paesi una violenta psichiatria di
rappresaglie aiuta i criminali a torturare cittadini innocenti, spesso fino a causarne la
morte.
Con la nostra presenza e la nostra azione possiamo richiamare l'attenzione sul nostro caso
ed esortare vivamente la gente a passare all'azione!
Abbiamo informato i governi, i politici ed i giornalisti di tutti i paesi, ma non ci hanno
ascoltati . Anzi, le nostre denuncie sono state ignorate con disprezzo. Speriamo sempre
che qualcuno ci venga in aiuto e ci conceda il suo sostegno!
Dobbiamo tutti insieme por fine ad un genocidio spaventoso che esiste già da oltre 50
anni in tutto il mondo. Dobbiamo costringere i criminali di stato a rispondere, dinanzi al
popolo, dei loro crimini che sono durati per anni!
Dobbiamo fare di tutto perché i nostri figli siano liberati dalla schiavitù mentale e
dallo psico-fascismo e perché ogni essere umano del pianeta viva e dorma in pace!

Queridas víctimas, hombres y mujeres de la tierra entera,
¡ Nosotros, los organizadores de la manifestación en Estrasburgo,
pedimos a todas las víctimas y a todos los que se sienten preocupados por el terrorismo
psicofísico y las torturas crueles de seres humanos, que participen en este
acontecimiento muy importante para la humanidad entera.
No se nos puede conceder un acontecimiento de esta clase una segunda vez!
Cada uno de nosotros sabe que ya dedicamos muchos años de nuestra vida al duro combate
contra la violencia y el terrorismo y esto debe considerarse como nuestra verdadera
oportunidad común.
¡Invite, por lo tanto, a todos los amigos, los familiares, los conocidos y a toda la
gente de buena voluntad que debe manifestarse en Estrasburgo! Nosotros mismos debemos,
poner fin a estas torturas monstruosas. Son crímenes secretos y violentos contra la gente
inocente en muchos países de Europa y en el mundo.
Hay un número espantoso de hechos, que confirma las experiencias médicomilitares sobre
ciudadanos pacíficos efectuadas durante décadas, con armas llamadas psicofísicas, sin
el consentimiento de los individuos. Las residencias de ciudadanos irreprochables se
transforman secretamente en terrenos de adestramiento para las armas psicofísicas.
Obligan a las víctimas de estas experiencias atroces y a sus familias a vivir en estas
condiciones de terror psicofísico y social. Las pretendidas "armas no letales"
o "armas menos letales" tienen efectos horribles y ponen en peligro la vida de
cada individuo, de la población entera de un estado y del mundo entero. Las consecuencias
de su aplicación son, con mucho, más graves que las de todas las armas conocidas de
destrucción masiva. Reúnen todos los aspectos inhumanos de las armas más crueles de
destrucción masiva. Aparte del mal causado al cuerpo de la gente, la manipulación
secreta y el control de la mente, de los pensamientos y del comportamiento humano son
también posibles. Las armas psicofísicas pueden también actuar sobre el cuerpo hasta
causar la muerte. Los servicios especiales asesinan a los disidentes molestos y a la gente
comprometida políticamente. Con el fin de no dejar rastro de su presencia, los Servicios
secretos y las estructuras criminales en la mayoría de los casos, efectúan sus
experiencias remotamente. Existe un número incalculable de testigos aún vivos que
podrían, en cualquier momento, llevar testimonio de su irradiación por estas armas. Se
