Preface: I am certain that the first advice any good attorney would give to someone
like me about a valid legal case is not to write something like this.
There are reasons why I am doing this.
1) I have made reports to local, state and federal law enforcement officials who will
not even take a report, and, in time, will be shown to be knowledgeable of the kinds of
atrocities being committed against me and many other other people. I refer you to the
letter from an attorney in Colorado working on a case to set precedent at least in the
generic sense that in fact, atrocities are being committed by the United States Government
with the assistance of the political parties, the Council on Foreign Relations and the
largest media companies and corporations in the United States. The recent FISA Immunity
legislation is unconstitutional, and an attorney taking this case should prepare
themselves to argue it before the Supreme Court, as the law has been fashioned to require
such litigation in these matters by the people guilty of the crimes.
2) This website provides a great deal of information. Granted, it's fragmented,
and some of it will be considered unusual. For the sake of argument, I'll be glad to allow
you to assume that it is the result of Psyops for now. Some of it is, some it isn't.
However, I can provide you with literally thousands of witnesses with anecdotal
corroborative testimony, and many possessing tangible, physical evidence.
3) My case about the media is fully supported with documentation. It includes proof of
interactions with the media, the government of the United States and more. I even have
video of Congressman David Drier participating in the Psyops against me on the Lou Dobbs
program. There are 2 senators who have also participated, but, unless CNN has retained the
video of their participation, I would no be able to prove it, however, after presenting a
great deal more evidence, it is one more story that will be believed once I have
established my legitimate contact with these people using Aesopian Language.... which I
can easily do. Easily. You'll love my back and forths with Donald Rumsfeld via Wolf
Blitzer. And James Woolsey. I gave him the phrase and concept 4th World War...

Aesopian Language
is communications that convey an innocent meaning to outsiders but hold a concealed
meaning to informed members of a conspiracy or underground movement (like the United
States Government).
I'll grant you, the things I do are considered unusual and audacious. They are. But
then, if you look at my history, you'd find I am the youngest person to run for an elected
office in the history of the U.S. I don't respect glass ceilings. That's the kind of
person I am.
5) I will stipulate that the primary offenses committed against me have occurred since
I staged a successful boycott against MSNBC, and caused the hiring of Phil Donohue and Pat
Buchanan, as well as the firing of Laura Ingraham. I can prove this. This all
occurred in 2002, and resulted in the collusion between GE/NBC Universal and Time-Warner
and the Federal Government to silence me.
6) Meantime, I had made contact with Paul Begala and James Carville via the CNN program
Crossfire. In part, because I was attempting to volunteer my writing and creative services
to the Democratic Party to assist them in their inability to conduct effective political
campaigns in the face of Orwellian double speak, control of the media and more. They liked
my ideas so much, that Howard Dean's campaign could be shown to have come straight from my
computer. I actually didn't mind, until these same people began making me aware that I was
surveyed 24/7/365, and that I was being attacked by Directed Energy and Psychotronic
Weapons. The list of famous people involved in this action against me is incredible, and
if I didn't have evidence, I would not say this.
7) Barack Obama's entire primary campaign was based on
the illegal use of my materials. His campaign IS the campaign I was
actually going to run myself since 2003. And to make it worse, I was attacked with
Psychotronics to be silenced. You'll love this: I can easily prove that, even AL Gore is
aware of these attacks against me. I can prove that the night he endorsed Barack Obama, he
addressed me in his speech. I can prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt. I have been
addressed in the same taunting ways by Obama himself, Hillary Clinton... Goodbye
Democratic Party and the Council on Foreign Relations. And, I have an email that shows
form Network Solutions that proves that the Bush-Clinton-Katrina Fund website was online
BEFORE THE HURRICANE hit... June 10th as a matter of fact.
8) I stipulate that I have evidence and proof since 2002. RICCO, Civil and Human
Rights Violations, so perverse that people would not believe except that I have thousand s
of corroborating witnesses. I have numerous other people who will testify to "Media
"mirroring" and Aesopian Languaging with media outlets around the country, and
specifically with particular "stars" participating... First amendment
rights, non-consensual experimentation, physical and psychological attacks, denial of
health services, deliberate harmful malpractice, forced bankruptcy, cause of health
impairment and deterioration, murder... attacks on children and pets. It's all documented.
And so incredibly perverse.

cause them to have non-contact sex? It's real. It's called Psychotronic rape, and was the
reason that I faxed Judge
Daniel Sanchez (word Doc) to offer my testimony in this case regarding a woman who
claims to have held "Coded" conversations with David Letterman. I believe she
was telling the truth, and the reason her case was thrown out was because unlike me, she
had not one tangible piece of evidence to support her case.
9) All of the above, and more that I have not disclosed in this page, is true. Easily
proven. Well documented. I have not one qualm about a single one of these claims. Not one.
10) Now the story really gets into the bowels. We'll begin with my assumption that you
understand what a dialectic is, and particularly in the context of Hegellian dialectics,
and the implications of that context. That context is important given particular key
individuals who are actually involved in this, former presidents, Members of
Congress, organizations and so much more. Given that Psyops is 99% illusion, and that I
have no smoking gun proof of these things, I'll ask you to consider that I was led to
believe certain aspects of this "trail of evidence" as a dialectic to either 1)
cause me to make claims that would allow the dialecticians to file suits against me to
quiet me, or to set me up with - say - the writing of this page in exactly the same manner
Clifford Irving was set up. See The Hoax. I was told that my harassment would continue
until I could prove it was occurring. So, here I am writing a letter online to attorneys
that, unless I could prove, would likely result in a suit against me and possible
incarceration. And against some of the most powerful people in the world, if not the most
powerful people in the world.
If you examine records of CoIntelPro, the efforts were to cause 1) discrediting of
targets 2) mental health disorders that did not exist based on "weird"
stories of harassment 3) forced bankruptcy 4) destruction of marriages and
family relationships 5) homelessness
All for the purpose of "killing off " anyone who opposes these people's
political and economic agendas.
11) Why me? This is the real kicker in this dialectic, which, I say, appears to have
occurred since before my birth, and actually involves my father, who was employed at the
Hunter Point Naval Shipyard in San Francisco until about 1961. I will be able to give you
information relating to his relationship with Richard Nixon, the Bush Family, the Kennedy
Family, Prescott Bush, Shirley Temple Black, the John Birch Society and many others... and
relate all that to the Nexus of it all, AMPEX electronics.. which my father was supposedly
on eof the founding members of.. and when you trace the technologies that were developed
in that consortium, and related companies.. Hughes, RCA, Warner Brothers, Fox..... and
that it appears my father was "psyoped" out of the military... and that it's
likely that the was involved with he development of advanced, publicly undisclosed
technologies.. with a man named Tesla.. the Tesla...
And when my father refused to cooperate with their plans for the use of that
technology....
12) It gets better. The specific application of that technology may well have been to
use it on me. This is part of the part that needs to be fully investigated, and part of
what I may have been disinformed with Psyops in order to fulfill yet another dialectic:
what if I claimed to be the son of man, and am, and in order to "free myself" of
attacks, I have to tell a story of Psyops, MK-Ultra and other things that would tend to
discredit the voracity of my claim and discovery that I am, indeed, the Son of Man.
Especially knowing that the media controls public perception, and if I proved that I'd
been psyopped, the public would be fixated on the crimes of Psyops against many people,
and then, believe that my claims of being the Son of Man were the result of Psyops. It
gets pretty tangled, but once again, whether they wish to suppress my political activities
or suppress my so called "Biblical Significance", putting me in the
position of claiming and proving the work to brainwash me pretty much does the trick.
Except, I'd defy and objective psychologist to find me anything but sane, rational, and
having done world class investigative reporting. I'd defy any honest police officer or
judge to discuss my claims based on the extensive evidence, research and quantity of
witnesses I can provide. The worst anyone could do is claim I had a delusion, but
otherwise was an incredibly highly functional psychotic... who has tons of evidence and
witnesses. Ya see the setup.
13) Finally, on this part, what will end up being discovered is that there has been a
conspiracy perpetuated by George HW Bush, and many others associated with government, the
CIA, the media... and the part I'll find interesting is showing you in the Bible how
current events with him, his business associates and more is directly related to me, and
the crimes I'm describing. I'm actually okay, for now, if you want to believe that I am
delusional because of Psyops or mental illness. It'll be fun, as time goes on, to watch
come to the realization that I truly am the son of man.. and these people knew it
all along because my father told them.. and they were supposed to ensure my success.. and
instead, their greed and perversion caused them to choose to attempt to destroy my life
instead if they could. Even though I am broke and on the edge of homelessness, they still
have not succeeded in beating me down, And will not.
I'll even tell you that part of this dialectic is to cause me to get tied up in
litigation so that my information and evidence can be legally suppressed, especially
because of the allegations against Barack Obama. Which are true. And, I could
unfortunately prove to you that they are trying to preempt "my emergence"
by positioning Barack as the Son of Man... ,I know it all sounds weird, but if you were to
talk to me, and I could show you some things in the Bible, and I pointed out speeches and
things that have been said in public, I assure you that you would end up believing me.
14) I am for all intents and purposes a prisoner of the United States government and
the Council on Foreign Relations. What is going on against me is none other than a modern
day, technologically engineered and executed Waco. And it will be easy to prove that to
you as well.
15) It's a shame it worked out this way, but these dialecticians are very good at what
they do. They leave little to chance, including how they'll likely claim that they were
trying to help me. I know that sounds incredible, but just watch, And the funny part,
there are a few people I point the finger of guilt at because they have either tried to
covertly help me or harm, with plausible deniability on either conclusion... except
they've made mistakes...
Ultimately, all I wanted to accomplish was the restoration of fair and accountable
voting, for people to engage in Democracy again, and to encourage the media to end their
cooperation as a governmental propaganda organ. I know that's actually a lot, but
perfectly legal, and I was doing it in a civil way.
Now, if you choose to accept this case, you will be a zillionaire, and it will fund the
Foundation called the Family of Artists and Musicians. If you assist me on this case,
you rprimary responsibility will be to beat all these people while at the
same time ensuring that no gag orders are placed upon me. The gag orders being the most
important part. I fully expect they will not challenge this site because it would bring
attention to the case and add validity to my charges. Part of the dialectic all along was
to make it appear that I was setting them up to sue them, and that's why they want me to
take the offense by filing against them. Meanwhile, the media is a big player in this
psyop against me, and thus, control the publicity that may or may not be generated.
Further, these same companies control my internet access, and I can't even be sure this
site is online.
But, you're going to have to employ someone to correlate transcripts, email, weblog
entries and web postings... while I'm out exposing the rest of this story. I refuse to get
tied up right now doing these things, and will ignore subpoenas to avoid my further
suppression until February, 2009. That gives you just enough time to compile the
materials if you get started soon. You'll write books, get rich, whatever, and, I don't
mean to be facetious, but you'll help save the world.. and the info I've got, if exposed,
would actually do that. I wish it wasn't true. But, if it is, then I'm glad that I'm the
stubborn SOB with the tenacity and stupidity to get the job done. Cause I'll do it.
I'm easy to find if you're serious about pursuing this. And, you'd better have
verifiable credentials that prove you are clear of these organizations and people, and
that you will sign a statement to that effect.
Ultimately, strange as it seems, if you assist me, you will be ending the overthrow of
the United States Government, and empowering the establishment of a world at peace,
healthy and happy citizens without oppression and genocide, and the fulfillment of the
vision of the New World... and more
